Conditions of Use

Southern Numismatics, LLC unconditionally guarantees that all coins purchased are genuine. You may return all coins excluding bullion within seven days for a full purchase price refund less shipping as long as the coins are still in the original holder and undamaged (shipping charges are not refundable).

A. Shipping and insurance always Starts @ $2.50 per standard order and will increase from there unless stated otherwise. Oversized items and bullion items will need additional shipping and you will be charged a fair and reasonable amount for your order. B. Most orders are shipped within five business days. We do make every effort to ship your product within a timely fashion. But at times and due to type of order, volume or necessity our shipping time could range from two to four weeks.

C. We ship via UPS Ground and US Mail. If you live in an unsecured area please let us know so that we can take the appropriate shipping action to protect your merchandise. If you are using a business address please let us know in advance. If you do not specify your apartment number, office number or fail to inform us of your full information relating to your address, it might delay your order and add to you shipping cost due to us having to reship your item. Please help us save you money and us time.

D. Bullion items are not returnable but we will buy back at fair market value.

E. All Georgia residents are subject to the 7% Georgia sales tax on jewelry and other none coin items Unless a valid resale license is on file with us.

F. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit Cards are accepted on this website. However, because of potential risk of fraud, credit card orders will only be shipped to the card holder's billing address.

G. COD's are NOT accepted for website purchases, sorry.

H. Due to market fluctuations and availability of some items, prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to update our site regularly to help alleviate confusion.

I. A returned check fee of $100.00 will be charged on all checks returned for NSF.
